These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GoldLoanBazaar website, platform, calculators, comparison tools, forms and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
GoldLoanBazaar is operated by Capiyer Infotech Pvt. Ltd. ("GoldLoanBazaar", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Platform.
1. NATURE OF GOLDLOANBAZAAR'S SERVICES
GoldLoanBazaar is an online gold-loan discovery, comparison and lead-generation platform.
We enable users to:
Explore gold-loan products and Lenders.
Compare indicative interest rates, LTV ratios, fees, eligibility criteria and other product information.
Estimate the indicative value of gold and potential loan amounts using calculators.
Submit gold-loan requirements or enquiries.
Connect with participating banks, non-banking financial companies ("NBFCs") and other eligible lending institutions ("Lenders").
GoldLoanBazaar is not a bank, NBFC or lender and does not itself sanction, approve, disburse or service loans.
The relevant Lender independently determines whether to accept an application and determines the applicable interest rate, loan amount, LTV, fees, tenure, repayment terms, eligibility requirements, valuation and other conditions.
Use of the Platform does not guarantee approval, sanction or disbursement of a loan.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
The Platform's loan-enquiry and lender-connection services are intended for persons who:
Are at least 18 years of age.
Are legally capable of entering into a contract under applicable Indian law.
Meet the eligibility requirements of the relevant Lender and financial product.
Provide accurate, current and complete information when using the Platform.
You must not submit another person's personal information unless you have the legal authority or valid authorization to do so.
3. ACCOUNT, MOBILE AND OTP VERIFICATION
Certain Platform functions may require verification of your mobile number through a one-time password ("OTP") or another authentication mechanism.
You are responsible for providing a mobile number that you are authorized to use and for maintaining the confidentiality of any OTP or authentication information sent to you.
OTP verification may be used to confirm control of a mobile number and record an enquiry or consent. It does not constitute identity verification, credit approval, loan sanction or confirmation of eligibility by any Lender.
4. LOAN ENQUIRIES AND SHARING WITH LENDERS
When you submit a gold-loan enquiry, select a Lender, request an offer or comparison, or otherwise provide the applicable consent through the Platform, GoldLoanBazaar may share relevant information with one or more participating Lenders for the purpose of responding to your request.
Information shared may include your name, mobile number, loan requirement, gold-related information, location where relevant, and other information necessary to process the enquiry.
Participating Lenders may contact you regarding the enquiry through communication channels permitted under applicable law and the consent provided by you.
GoldLoanBazaar does not control the Lender's independent eligibility assessment, underwriting, appraisal, credit decision, sanction or disbursement process.
Submission of an enquiry through GoldLoanBazaar does not constitute submission or approval of a formal loan application unless expressly stated by the relevant Lender.
5. CONSENT TO COMMUNICATIONS
Where you provide the applicable consent, GoldLoanBazaar and/or participating Lenders may contact you in connection with a loan enquiry or service requested by you through telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email or other permitted communication channels.
Commercial and promotional communications will be undertaken subject to applicable law, including applicable telecom regulations and consent requirements.
Where promotional or marketing communications require separate consent, GoldLoanBazaar may request such consent separately.
You may withdraw consent for communications through the opt-out mechanism made available in the relevant communication or by contacting us.
Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing or communications already lawfully undertaken before withdrawal and may not prevent communications that are necessary to complete a service or enquiry requested by you or otherwise permitted or required by law.

6. LENDER AND PRODUCT INFORMATION
GoldLoanBazaar may display information concerning Lenders and their products, including:
Interest rates
Loan-to-value ("LTV") ratios
Processing fees and other charges
Loan amounts
Tenure and repayment options
Eligibility criteria
Documentation requirements
Schemes and promotional offers
Indicative disbursement timelines
Other product-related information
Such information is provided for general information and comparison purposes.
We endeavour to obtain and maintain information from sources considered reliable, including Lender information and publicly available sources. However, financial products, rates, schemes, charges, eligibility requirements and other terms may be changed, withdrawn or revised by Lenders.
Where an update date or timestamp is displayed, it indicates when the relevant information was last reviewed or updated on the Platform and does not guarantee that the Lender has not subsequently changed its terms.
Users should verify material terms directly with the relevant Lender before proceeding with a loan.
7. GOLD RATES, IBJA DATA AND GOLD VALUATION
Gold prices, benchmark rates and related information displayed on the Platform may be based on information obtained from recognized industry sources, including published market or benchmark data where applicable.
Such information is provided for informational and estimation purposes and should not be interpreted as the price at which a Lender will value your gold.
Where GoldLoanBazaar displays information derived from or referring to the India Bullion and Jewellers Association ("IBJA"), such references are intended to identify the relevant benchmark or information source and do not by themselves imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation unless expressly stated.
GoldLoanBazaar does not physically inspect, test, authenticate or value users' gold.
The relevant Lender or its authorized appraiser determines the final weight, purity, authenticity and value of the pledged gold according to its policies and applicable requirements.
Accordingly, the final valuation and eligible loan amount may differ from estimates displayed on GoldLoanBazaar.
8. CALCULATORS AND ESTIMATES
Calculators available on GoldLoanBazaar may provide estimates relating to:
Gold value
Indicative eligible loan amount
Loan-to-value calculations
Gold quantity or weight
Repayment or other financial calculations
Calculator outputs are based on the information entered by the user and assumptions or reference data used by the Platform.
Calculator results are illustrative only and do not constitute a loan offer, sanction, guarantee, financial advice or commitment by GoldLoanBazaar or any Lender.
Actual amounts and terms may differ following the Lender's appraisal and assessment.
9. LENDER RELATIONSHIP AND INDEPENDENCE
Participating Lenders are independent entities responsible for their own products, policies, customer interactions, loan decisions and regulatory obligations.
GoldLoanBazaar may have commercial, referral, lead-generation, technology, service-provider or other business arrangements with participating Lenders.
GoldLoanBazaar may receive compensation from participating Lenders in connection with leads, services, successful loan disbursals or other agreed commercial arrangements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of GoldLoanBazaar's comparison and discovery services does not require the user to pay GoldLoanBazaar a fee.
The existence of a commercial arrangement with a Lender does not guarantee that the Lender will approve a user's application.
10. NO FINANCIAL, LEGAL OR INVESTMENT ADVICE
Information available on GoldLoanBazaar is provided for general informational and comparison purposes.
Nothing on the Platform constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax or investment advice.
Users are responsible for evaluating whether a particular loan or financial product is appropriate for their circumstances and should carefully review the final documentation, Key Fact Statement or other applicable disclosures provided by the relevant Lender before entering into a loan agreement.
11. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
When using GoldLoanBazaar, you agree to:
Provide accurate and truthful information.
Keep information provided through the Platform reasonably current.
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
Review important loan information and final terms supplied by the relevant Lender.
Protect OTPs and other authentication information associated with your mobile number.
You remain responsible for decisions you make based on information displayed through the Platform.
12. PROHIBITED USE
You must not:
Provide false, fraudulent or misleading information.
Submit another person's personal information without lawful authority or consent.
Impersonate another individual or organization.
Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, networks or data.
Introduce malware, malicious code or other harmful technologies.
Scrape, crawl, systematically extract or reproduce Platform data without written permission, except where such activity cannot lawfully be restricted.
Copy or commercially exploit Platform content without applicable permission.
Use the Platform to conduct fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, Lenders, the Platform or our legal interests.
13. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Platform may contain links, redirects, integrations or references to websites, applications or services operated by Lenders or other third parties.
GoldLoanBazaar does not control third-party websites or services.
Your use of a third-party website or service may be governed by that party's own terms, privacy policy and other conditions.
Users should review the applicable terms before submitting information or entering into a transaction with a third party.
14. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The GoldLoanBazaar Platform, including its original content, software, layout, design, graphics, databases, comparison structures, branding and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Capiyer Infotech Pvt. Ltd., except for third-party materials and intellectual property.
"GoldLoanBazaar" and associated branding, logos and materials are protected to the extent available under applicable intellectual-property law.
Names, trademarks, logos and other intellectual property belonging to Lenders, IBJA or other third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Their appearance on the Platform is for identification, comparison, information or other lawful purposes and does not imply endorsement, sponsorship or affiliation unless expressly stated.
No user may reproduce, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected GoldLoanBazaar materials except with prior written permission or as otherwise permitted by applicable law.
15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY
We endeavor to maintain the availability and functionality of the Platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Access may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, telecommunications failures, security incidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldLoanBazaar and Capiyer Infotech Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for losses arising solely from matters outside their reasonable control, including:
A Lender's independent rejection or approval of a loan application.
Changes made by a Lender to its products, rates, eligibility criteria, fees or policies.
Differences between indicative Platform calculations and the final valuation or terms determined by a Lender.
Decisions or actions independently taken by a Lender.
Temporary interruption of Platform services caused by events outside our reasonable control.
Information provided by third parties that has changed since it was last reasonably reviewed by us.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights available to consumers under applicable law.
17. PRIVACY, DATA PROTECTION AND COOKIES
Our collection, use, storage and sharing of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Platform may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, performance, security, preferences and, where applicable and appropriately consented to, advertising or marketing purposes.

18. CHANGES TO THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business arrangements, technology, legal requirements or regulatory requirements.
The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
Where required by applicable law, material changes may be communicated through additional notice or other appropriate means.
Your continued use of the Platform after updated Terms become effective will be subject to the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
19. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute arising from or relating to use of the Platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts determined in accordance with applicable law, unless a different dispute-resolution mechanism is agreed or required by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts any statutory right or remedy available to a consumer under applicable law.
20. GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL
If you have a complaint concerning GoldLoanBazaar, its services, your personal information or your use of the Platform, you may contact us through the grievance mechanism described in our Grievance Redressal Policy.
Complaints concerning a Lender's loan decision, appraisal, sanction, disbursement, servicing or other activities controlled by the Lender may need to be addressed directly to the relevant Lender in accordance with its grievance-redressal process.
