Where GoldLoanBazaar provides services to a Lender as a service provider, lead-generation partner, digital platform or other intermediary, such activities will be undertaken in accordance with the applicable contractual and regulatory requirements governing that relationship.

The presence of a Lender, product or rate on GoldLoanBazaar does not by itself mean that the Lender will approve your application or offer the displayed terms.
Once your personal information is provided to a Lender pursuant to your request or consent, the Lender may process that information in accordance with its own privacy policy, legal obligations and regulatory requirements.
GoldLoanBazaar does not control the independent credit, valuation, underwriting or approval decisions of Lenders.
